Chirk Parish Hall has a number of rooms to hire, please find below details and prices of our rooms and additional services we have to offer.

When booking a room/facility at Chirk Parish Hall you are bound by our terms and conditions which can be found at the bottom of the page. Please ensure you read these before confirming your booking.

Meeting Room 1 is approximately 4.75m x 6m . It has wooden floors. Suitable for smaller meetings, this room can comfortably accommodate 8-10 people for a sit down meeting.

Meeting Room 2 is approximately 5.5m x 7m . This room is carpeted. Suitable for medium sized meetings/events, this room can comfortably accommodate 14 people for a sit down meeting around tables, more for presentation style seating. Tables can be moved to clear floor space for other activities if required.

The Council Chamber is approximately 8.5m x 15m. This room has wooden floors. Suitable for larger meetings/events, this room can comfortably accommodate 30 people for a sit down meeting/function around tables, more for presentation style seating. Tables/chairs can be moved to clear floor space for other activities if required.

This room has a small kitchen off (no cooking facilities).

The Main Hall is approximately 11m x 15.5m . This room has wooden floors. Suitable for larger meetings/events, this room can comfortably accommodate 126 people for a sit down meeting/function around tables, more for presentation style seating. Tables/chairs can be moved to clear floor space for other activities if required.

The Main Hall has a fully equipped kitchen, bar (this is not stocked) and Stage with lighting.

Chirk Town Council is pleased to be able to offer Hybrid Technology to enhance your meetings/events to allow online participation.

This facility is available in Meeting Room 1, 2 and the Council Chamber.
